Bringing the client perspective to the forefront of the sales and service mission, Vickie has extensive knowledge of employee benefits, human resources, and management, having spent time in various roles throughout her career. She obtained her REBC through the American College in 2015 and has the knowledge, skills, and expertise to lead FBMC’s service teams with a focus on best-in-class solutions. Vickie shares more than 20 years of experience with FBMC’s clients, providing guidance on strategic planning, predictive modeling and long-term benefit solutions. Her extensive background in employee benefits provides our clients with her ability to identify and provide solutions based on industry trends, client needs and available resources. She has identified client cost containment opportunities and is able to lead FBMC’s client service teams on strategies that include alternative funding, wellness and gap identification solutions, claim analysis and technology integration, and employee clinics or disease management direct contracts.
