Rick’s career has focused on financial services related performance improvement with a specific focus on employee benefits and risk management (brokerage and consulting, enrollment management, communications and education, and administration and compliance), retiree benefits, third party administration (both tax favored accounts and health and welfare), healthcare data analytics, and custom provider networks (referenced based pricing). Rick also served five years as a management consultant facilitating business optimization, performance improvement, behavioral and cultural change efforts, safety performance improvement, and operational performance improvement for global firms. Rick specializes in developing strategies, operational performance improvement, enrollment management, improving communications and education, administration and compliance, leadership, and team development. He is a subject matter expert concerning medical plan funding and can provide expertise to the other members of the Service Team as needed.
