Your Enrollment Management team is led by the Managing Principal of 3MPWR Enrollment Solutions, David Perry, a 28-year industry expert in employee benefits, engagement and enrollment. David oversees FBMC's Market Resources team, which supports Enrollment Management through plan design assistance, oversight of, and contracting with insurance carriers, communication to FBMC staff, and annual renewal negotiations. David also guides the Communications Team which handles creativity designs, employee communication and engagement, as well as electronic and printed materials for the employee benefits program.
