FBMC welcomes a new Chief Operating Officer

Tallahassee, Fla.  – FBMC Benefits Management, Inc. (FBMC) is excited to announce and welcome Krista Campbell as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Campbell will be responsible for the Information Technology, Project Management, Data Security, Service Center, Benefits Administration, and Direct Bill departments.

In 2018, the Tallahassee Democrat recognized Campbell as one of Tallahassee’s 25 Women You Need to Know. Campbell brings two decades of tremendous operational and human resources experience. Recently, Campbell was vice president of operations at Mainline Information Systems, a Tallahassee-based company with revenues in excess of $450 million at one of the largest IBM resellers in the nation. In her role at Mainline, she was responsible for leading all of the operational activities and working closely with the Sales and Service teams.  During her career, she has worked as a staffing manager and regional director of human resources for Resortquest International, Inc., and as a technical recruiter for Blake Hunter International, LLC, and Kforce, Inc. Campbell earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from Florida State University.

“Krista will be a great addition to our executive team and she will be instrumental in leading FBMC to towering heights of achievement with growth and client satisfaction,” FBMC President David Faulkenberry said.

Campbell is no stranger to the Tallahassee community. She strikes a balance between her family life and volunteering in the community. The Children’s Home Society is a charity close to Campbell’s heart and one she has been involved with for more than 10 years.  Currently, she sits on the Community Advisory Council for Flagler College, is very active with the Rotary Club of Tallahassee and serves on the Board of Directors with the PACE Center for Girls.
